Advises the staff and Board on the development of plans and programs that seek to encourage more people to live in downtown. Current work program will focus on the Downtown Raleigh Home Tour and partnering with Downtown Living Advocates.

Advises the staff and Board on the development of plans and programs that seek to improve the downtown economy. The committee will be working on a retail recruitment strategy.

Marketing

Advises the staff and Board on plans and programs that promote patrons to downtown businesses. The committee will be working on Downtown Raleigh Restaurant Week, Shop Downtown, and First Fridays Art Gallery Walk.

Advises the staff and Board on programs that increase our membership levels and retain existing members. The committee will be working on attracting more members through the Annual Meeting & Awards Ceremony.
