The Downtown Raleigh Alliance is requesting quotes for a copier/printer/scanner/fax machine combination for use in the new office space at 333 Fayetteville Street, 11th floor, Raleigh, NC 27601. We would like to have the unit installed when we move into our new office space in September 2017 (actual move in date will be determined closer to date). We are also requesting a quote for our Downtown Raleigh Alliance Ambassador office. Deadline for submittal is Friday, June 30, 2017 by 5 pm EST.

 

1.     Quote for Downtown Raleigh Alliance main office, to be located in the Capital Bank Plaza Building at 333 Fayetteville Street, 11th floor.
 
Equipment Requirement/Office Details:
·         Copy quantity per month is approximately (2600 b/w) and (1900 color)
·         Would need to scan, fax, print, copy
·         Our office uses Adobe Creative Cloud for graphics and need the colors to be true and would like to be able to print bleeds on a 11 x 17 page
·         The database used by staff is WebLink and would need print drivers to allow direct printing
·         Other various software used: Microsoft Office 2013, Sage, ArcGIS
·         We print in all sizes, including 11 x 17
·         Finishing unit would be needed to allow duplex copies and stapling
·         Service contract will need to include parts, service, supplies (excluding paper)
 
In your quote, please provide the following:
·         A brochure with equipment specifications
·         A minimum of 3 references for the equipment that you are quoting
·         Financing based on 36, 48 and 60 month leases—quote needs to include all fees and taxes
·         Repair/service response information
·         Service Contract details, which needs to remain the same throughout the lease—no increases

2.     Quote for a very small machine for our Downtown Raleigh Alliance Ambassador office, located in the Duke Energy building at 410 S. Wilmington Street, Suite A.

·         Copy quantity per month is approximately (300 b/w) and (50 color)
·         Would need to scan, fax, print, copy
·         Service contract will need to include parts, service, supplies (excluding paper)
 
In your quote, please provide the following:
·         A brochure with equipment specifications
·         A minimum of 3 references for the equipment that you are quoting
·         Financing based on 36, 48 and 60 month leases—quote needs to include all fees and taxes

You are not limited to just supplying the above information in your quotes. Please provide as much detail as you would like to impress us with your company and products.
