Chef Demo Series & Education for Children
Raleigh chefs demo seasonal dishes using items sold at the Moore Square Farmers Market
Demos take place Wednesdays, 11am – 1:30pm (market hours are 11am to 2pm)
August 23 - Oba Goodson, Tir na nOg

Exploris partners with the Moore Square Farmers Market.
The 7
th grade Exploris class will offer educational programs for young children at the market August 30, September 6, and September 20.
These 7
th graders are designing fun activities for young children to enjoy that relate to the Chef Demo Series – everything from coloring to songs. Watch as your kids learn about seasonal vegetables and farmstead cheeses while you shop!
To coincide with the Chef Demo Series, these 7
th graders will also be giving out instructional information for adults relating to the ingredients used and dishes presented at the Chef Demo Series.
The Moore Square Farmers Market, a program of the Downtown Raleigh Alliance, is located in downtown Raleigh’s charming Moore Square Park, at the intersection of Blount and Martin Streets.
