Triangle Blvd will host the 2nd Annual 919 event, showcasing the cultural fusion of the area‟s most talented performers while benefiting United Way of the Greater Triangle.

This event will combine two DJs, a diverse array of local musicians, artists and photographers under one roof to bring the Triangle together for a night of celebration and charity. The event will begin at 9:19 p.m. at Cobblestone Hall in City Market on Sept. 18th.

Highlights Include:

• Local emerging artists Ricky Young, DJ Climax and DJ Carneval providing sounds of the evening
• Live muralists creating art right before your eyes
• A silent auction  held during the event with all proceeds benefiting United Way of the Greater Triangle. Auction items this year include tickets to performances at the North Carolina Symphony, the Carolina Ballet and PlayMakers Repertory Company, to name a few, as well as gift baskets and gift certificates from fine establishments across the Triangle.

Tickets for The 919 can be purchased at www.919united.com. Presale tickets are $10. This price includes complimentary food and beverages provided by sponsors such as Belvedere Intense, Budweiser Select, Red Bull and VitaminWater.

The event is only for guests 21 and over.
