Outdoor Fundraising Concert in front of Lincoln Theatre:

In an effort to help raise awareness and funds for The Lucy Daniels Center for Early Childhood, a local organization that helps children live emotionally healthy lives,  Band Together NC has announced its ninth annual concert event. 

The evening will feature a number of well-known bands including Rusted Root, The Rosebuds, Chatham County Line and Hobex. More than 3,000 fans attended last year’s event to enjoy live music in a social atmosphere. VIP attendees enjoyed catered food and drinks, door prizes and networking opportunities.

In the eight years since its creation, Band Together has raised almost $600,000 for local charities from contributing sponsors and ticket sales. This year’s presenting sponsor is Cargill. For a current list of all sponsors, visit www.bandtogethernc.org.

“Band Together NC has a goal to raise awareness and funds for select local charity organizations,” said Danny Rosin, president and co-founder of Band Together NC. “Our event will be a success because of the support from our community, the talented musicians, and our phenomenal volunteers. We are looking forward to raising the bar this year for the children of The Lucy Daniels Center with the community’s help.”

Tickets for the event can be purchased in advance for $20 or on day of show for $25. VIP tickets are $125. Sponsorships begin at the $125 level. Event attendees must be 21 years or older.
