With Spring soon approaching, we want to welcome you to a unique gin experience from Raleigh’s premier Gin Bar, Bittersweet. Come enjoy our Gin Club and try our Botanical Gin Flight--four examples of unique herbal gins, side by side while we exhibit our physical library of the botanicals featured in each spirit. As you sense and savor these nectars you will learn about each gin’s origin and come to understand how the world of plants affect them. You will leave with the tools you need to explore the world of gin in a new light. After the tasting you will get to choose a cocktail with the gin you enjoyed the most. But wait, there's more!
