See the newest trends for weddings and receptions at the second annual Bridal Expo at the N.C. Museum of History in Raleigh on Thursday, April 15, from 6 to 9 p.m. If you or a friend are planning a wedding, don’t miss this exciting event. Enjoy a glass of wine, sample fine foods from caterers and cake designers, and immerse yourself in the elegant ambiance of the museum, a popular venue for wedding receptions. Meet with planners, bridal shop representatives, and others.

“Not only will we have great vendors, but we’ve lined up a fashion show featuring selections from Gorgeous Gowns and Designand tuxedos from Cape Fear Formal Wear,” says Cheri Williams, the museum’s special events coordinator. “In addition, we will raffle off a free museum rental valued at $1,500.” (Some exclusions apply.)
“Many brides do not realize what kind of options they have available for their big day,” adds Williams. “We hope this event will make it easy for them to learn about what the museum and local businesses offer.”
