Wake Tech presents the Culinary Arts Technology - Annual Pastry Show and Competition

Sugar-frosted lighthouses?  Mountains made of chocolate?  Watch local pastry artists as they compete to build and decorate North Carolina-themed cakes.

Tickets:  $5 (Includes admission to:  cold food and pastry salon; cake challenge and auction; reception with heavy hors d'oeuvres)
