Join Advocates for Health In Action at Dig In, the second annual event all about what it takes to build, maintain and sustain community gardens in the Triangle. At Dig In, learn, network and break ground on a movement that cultivates community fellowship and improves the lives of those living right here in the Triangle. Discover the benefits of building a sustainable garden in your neighborhood, workplace, school or place or worship.

Topics covered will range from garden design and planning, school gardening, soil testing and preparation, legal issues, fundraising and garden sustainability, organic gardening, pest management, season extension, growing mushrooms and bee keeping.
