The Museum of History will be the heart of the children’s celebration at this New Year’s Eve festival of the arts. Join the procession departing the State Capitol grounds at 6 p.m. for an early countdown on City Plaza! The children’s celebration will be held from 2 – 6pm and nighttime events will be held from 7 – midnight. First Night button required for entry.
