In celebration of the Moore Square Farmers Markets’ fourth season, and to raise awareness about its mission to bring the highest quality local growers and food artisans together in downtown Raleigh, select restaurants will feature a “Green Plate Special” in their restaurants the last Wednesday of each month this season. Each “Green Plate Special” will highlight farm-fresh ingredients from the Moore Square Farmers Market. The “Green Plate Special” will serve as a reminder throughout the season about the outstanding local fare at this boutique market in the heart of downtown Raleigh.

For the "Green Plate Special" at Mo's Diner, restaurant goers have the option to pick a salad, entrée, and dessert for the price listed next to associated entrée. *** Add wine selections for each course for an additional 19.00.***

First Course - Choice of:
Heirloom Tomato Salad;
Grilled Sea Scallop, Julienne Vegetables and Lemon Butter;
Warm Goat Cheese Salad, Asian Greens and Toasted Pistachios;
Sautéed Crab Cake and Remoulade

Second Course - Choice of:
Crab Cakes and Remoulade ($39.00);
Sautéed Black Grouper with a Spinach and Leek Compote ($43.00);
Grilled Pork Tenderloin, Caramelized Onions and Balsamic ($31.00);
Pan Fried Catfish, Remoulade & Basmati ($32.00);
Pan Roasted Sea Scallops, Spinach, Asiago and Lemon Linguini ($48.00)
Squash, Spinach, Green Beans, Corn, Cabbage and Mashed Potatoes ($29.00)

Third Course - Choice of:
Peach Cobbler;
White Chocolate-Blackberry Bread Pudding
