The North Carolina Museum of History invites you to bring your lunch and enjoy a talk by Tom Hanchett, Historian, Levine Museum of the New South. He will give you a revealing look at southern stereotypes in cartoons and see how artists have portrayed the South in comic strips ranging from Snuffy Smith and Li’l Abner to King of the Hill and Kudzu. Beverages will be provided.
