History à la Carte: North Carolina’s Bill of Rights

Join us at the North Carolina Museum of History for a lecture by Karen Blum, Assistant Attorney General, N.C. Department of Justice. She will talk about the saga of North Carolina’s original copy of the Bill of Rights from its theft from the State Capitol by a Union soldier during the Civil War to its recovery by the FBI in 2003. Bring your lunch; beverages are provided.
