Lions International Peace Poster Exhibit

Lions Clubs around the world proudly sponsor the Lions International Peace Poster Contest, a yearly international competition, in local schools and youth groups, encouraging young people, ages 11-13, to artistically express their visions of peace. “Peace Around the World,” the theme for the 2007-2008 contest, entries will be on display at Marbles Kids Museum.
Twenty-four international finalists are selected each year, representing the work of more than 350,000 young participants worldwide. Participants use a variety of mediums, including charcoal, crayon, pencil and paint, to express a new theme developed each year to spark their imagination.
