Number One Hits Bingo!

Location: Raleigh City Museum
Date: Saturday March 14th, 2009
Time: 2 pm-3 pm

         Come Come out to the Raleigh City Museum on Saturday, March 14 at 2:00p.m. to play Number One Hits Bingo! A fun twist on a family favorite, each player will make their own Bingo card with song titles that were number one hits in the 40s, 50s, 60s, and 70s. Museum staff will give each player a blank Bingo card and a list of songs to cut and paste onto their card. As you create your own card, you will learn about the music that people listened to in the past.

Everyone wins! Bingo winners will receive a special prize, but no one will go home empty-handed. This program will last roughly one hour and afterwards visitors are encouraged to explore The [R]evolution of Media exhibit to learn more about the history of radio in Raleigh. Number One Hits Bingo admission fee is $3 per family. To RSVP to this fun filled event call (919) 832-3775 ext. 14.
