Whether you push a baby carriage, or press to beat your 5K personal best, you’ll be be treated to a tour of beautiful sections of downtown Raleigh, on a course that has been especially designed for individuals of all abilities. Bring the kids, invite a friend. It’s a great family activity that benefits the body, lifts the spirit, and supports our neighbors in need of medical care.
Associated Street Closures:
Runners will assemble at the Edenton Street United Methodist Church at 228 West Edenton Street. At 4:00pm the runners will proceed west on Edenton Street to Hillsborough Street. They will proceed west on Hillsborough Street and turn right onto Woodburn Road, right onto Park right onto Hawthorne Way, left onto Benehan Street, left onto West Park Drive, right onto Park Drive, right onto East Park Drive, left onto College Street, right onto St. Mary’s Street, left onto Hillsborough Street, continue to Edenton Street and return to the church.
Mr. Bokish is requesting to use both the westbound and eastbound lanes of Hillsborough Street. A detour route will be established for Hillsborough Street traffic
The 200 block of West Edenton Street will be closed from 3:00 pm until 6:00 pm.
