The St. Paddy's Day celebration at Napper Tandy's starts at 2 pm featuring a full Irish menu.  Live music starts at 5 pm with Effigy followed by Homeland (Celtic Rock from Ohio). At 11 pm the event will move inside with a live performance by the band 454.
