The Raleigh Dead Drop

Location: Downtown Raleigh
Date: Friday September 25th, 2009
Time: 12 noon

Visit: www.raleighdeaddrop.com

Twine Interactive is pleased to announce the launch of Raleigh’s First Ever DEAD DROP. The event is a fusion of social media and an old fashioned scavenger hunt, in which participants will hunt down a pair of brand new Apple iPod Touch’s using a series of clues delivered through various communication channels.

Traditionally, a dead drop is a location used to secretly pass items between two people, without requiring them to meet. Twine has put a 21st century twist on this concept by encompassing social media sites such as Twitter and Facebook as the primary form of communication between the company and event participants.

The event will take place throughout the greater downtown Raleigh area on Friday September 25 beginning at 12 noon. Those interested in participating are encouraged to visit the official Raleigh Dead Drop website at www.raleighdeaddrop.com to keep track of the latest news and announcements about the event.

Twine Interactive is a Raleigh based Web Design and Social Media Marketing Company which handles a variety of web based tasks for local and national businesses. Twine hopes the Raleigh Dead Drop will encourage other local businesses to utilize creative marketing techniques and looks forward to partnering with other area businesses to host future Dead Drop events.
