The State of North Carolina Veterans Day Parade and Ceremony, will take place in downtown Raleigh and end at the Capitol Grounds with a wreath laying and ceremony commemorating veterans. Military Static displays and music will be on the grounds, with a flyover scheduled at 11 am.

Associated Street Closures:
The parade will begin assembling at 8 am along the 00 through 300 blocks of South Salisbury Street. At approximately 9:15 am they will begin the parade at the intersection of Davie and Fayetteville Streets. They will proceed north on Fayetteville to Morgan Street, proceed west on Morgan to Salisbury Street, proceed north on Salisbury Street to Edenton Street, proceed east on Edenton Street to Wilmington Street where the parade will disassemble. There will be a gathering on the Capitol grounds for further ceremonies.
The following streets will be closed from 8 am until the conclusion of the parade: The 00 block of Wilmington Street and the 100 block of North Wilmington Street. The 00 block of Edenton Street and the 100 block of East Edenton Street. The 00 through the 400 blocks of Salisbury Street. The 00 blocks and 100 blocks of West Morgan, West Hargett, West Martin, and West Davie Street. The 400 block of Fayetteville Street. Wilmington Street will remain open except for the two blocks mentioned above.
