What you’ll need:
1 butternut squash
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Sea salt to taste
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Peel and cut the squash in half lengthways. Scoop out the seeds and then cut each half into fries or wedges.
Toss the fries in oil and then place them in a single layer onto a baking tray. Bake them for about 20-35 minutes. Remove from the oven and season to taste.
