Crispy Kale Chips

 

What you'll need:

1 bunch of kale

1 tablespoon of olive oil

salt and pepper to taste

 

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

Remove kale leaves from stem and tear into bite size pieces.

Wash and dry kale

Arrange on baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste.

Bake until crispy and edges are brown, about 15 minutes.
