About Office #2 - Available Now – Rent is $335/month, and the office is 13’7” x 8’8” or 117 sf and does not have a window, although there is a transom window over the door. It is completely enclosed with a door, and has a phone jack and a Cat 5 jack. There is a desk that you are welcome to use or you can bring your own.
RENT INCLUDES UTILITIES (water/electricity/gas/security) AND A SHARED INTERNET CONNECTION (both hardwired and wireless).
The building does not have parking, but it is directly beside a city parking deck with monthly spaces available and there are several less expensive parking lots within a 2 block radius.
