  • 2009 Annual Report:  The DRA Annual Report outlines the accomplishments of the previous year and the goals for the coming year.
  • 4th Quarter 2009 Economic Development Report:  The Downtown Raleigh Alliance issues quarterly Economic Development Reports to keep interested parties updated on downtown project announcements, investments in public and private projects, demographics, and commercial and residential real estate activities in downtown Raleigh.
  • Retail Market Analysis and Positioning Strategy:  MJB Consulting completed this report as part of a retail strategy and implementation program the Downtown Raleigh Alliance is spearheading. The primary geographic focus of the implementation plan is in the central business district: Fayetteville Street, and parts of Wilmington Street,  Hargett Street, Martin Street, Davie Street, and the City Market area. For an overview of the plan reference the executive summary in the beginning of the document and for a "road map" of recommendations reference the conclusion section at the end of the document.

  • Draft 2030 Comprehensive PlanDowntown Chapter:  The comprehensive plan is a major component of the planning process for the city as it guides the long-range, comprehensive decision making process involving primarily physical development and those city actions expected to influence development in the long-term.  The comprehensive plan contains goals, objectives, policies and guidelines for growth and redevelopment for the city.
