Downtown Raleigh, the heart of our capital city and evolving urban landscape, is backdrop to the 8th Annual Downtown Raleigh Home Tour. On Saturday, May 19, 2012, this day-long showcase guarantees the casual browser and serious buyer a wide variety of dwellings to explore in addition to an indulgence in the best of downtown living in general.
On display will be sleek condos, urban townhomes, stylish apartments, and smartly-designed single family homes. Yet, the Tour is much more than an exhibition of homes -- it’s a gateway to experience the ambience, convenience, and benefits of urban living. Attendees are introduced to downtown's walkable and animated streetscape, its first-class arts and cultural venues, and the medley of independently-owned restaurants and unique retail shops.
