(RALEIGH, NC August 16) Trammell Crow Residential, one of the nation’s premier multi-family real estate firms, has closed on the purchase of a 1.73 acre site in downtown Raleigh. The site will become the home of Hue, a vibrant and exciting mixed-use condominium project at the northwest corner of Hargett and Dawson Streets in the emerging Warehouse district.
Pre-construction unit pricing will start in the $160,000s.
