West at North Approved by City Council
West at North, a 170 unit residential condominium project located in Glenwood South, was approved by the Raleigh City Council on September 19, 2006. This approval clears the path for West to start construction later this fall. West is planned to be a 15 story building with 17,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space and 296 parking spaces.
