Hand cut German noodles tossed with Emmenthaler cheese, caramelized onions and choice of local oyster mushrooms or pulled roasted duck leg. Served with Bavarian salads: cucumber dill, horseradish mustard and cabbage and caraway

Sauteed Carolina Rainbow Trout
with horseradish and German mustard sauce served over Yukon potato, golden beet and summer squash hash and topped with Endless Sun micro greens
