RALEIGH, NC (April 25, 2016) –Join the Downtown Raleigh Alliance (DRA) at the Raleigh Convention Center tomorrow, April 26 from 8 am - 10 am for the State of Downtown Raleigh 2016: An In-Depth Look at One of America’s Fastest Growing Downtowns.  Tickets are $35 at the door.


The event highlights market trends that impact downtown Raleigh’s rapid growth and future development.  Attendees will receive a free hard copy of the brand new State of Downtown Raleigh report, a comprehensive market analysis of downtown Raleigh trends, data, demographics, and future projections.


A panel of experts and thought leaders in downtown, including Brent Francese, co-owner and general manager of local retailer Runologie; John LaPenta, Deputy Secretary of the North Carolina Department of Administration; James Sauls, Economic Development Manager for the City of RaleighAnne Stoddard, Director of Development for Grubb Properties; and Jason Widen, co-founder of Forward Impact and co-founder and executive director of HQ Raleigh will analyze the market trends from their perspectives.
