Course 1

ASIAN MEATBALLS (gf)
A mixture of ground beef and herbs tossed in a soy ginger sauce and topped with green onions and sesame seeds.

BLACK BEAN SLIDERS (vegan)
Mini black bean cake served on a wheat roll with pico de gallo and guacamole.

GOAT CHEESE CROSTINI
Herb goat cheese served on a chiabatta crostini with roasted red peppers and a balsamic glaze.

SOUP or SALAD

Course 2

LAMB CHOPS (gf)
Lamb* chops grilled to order and served mint jelly. Comes with mashed potatoes and and sautéed spinach.

SHRIMP POLENTA (gf)
Grilled jumbo shrimp tossed in an adobo sauce and served over soft polenta. Comes with asparagus.

PEACH CHICKEN (gf)
Pan seared chicken breast topped with a warm peach sauce. Served with mashed potatoes and broccoli.
