Course 1

Hummus Noir
Purée of black chickpeas, lemon juice, tahini and garlic, topped with roasted red peppers and finished with extra virgin olive oil

Village Salad
Local kale, feta cheese, sumac vinaigrette, tomatoes, red onions, Kalamata olives and green bell peppers

Mouhamra
Roasted red pepper and walnut purée mixed with spices and pomegranate molasses, finished with extra virgin olive oil

Lebanese Meatballs
Spicy ground beef and lamb with spices, served with Almaza BBQ sauce, toasted sesame seeds and scallions

Course 2

Beef Kabob
Grilled marinated petite tender served with Sitti rice, sumac onions, grilled tomatoes and garlic whip

Vegan Samkeh Harra
Pan-seared marinated tofu, served with moujedra, sautéed kale and topped with cilantro, onions, jalapeño and spicy tahini sauce

Curry Chicken
Bone-in chicken confit, served with roasted za’atar broccoli, brown butter-sage freekah and coconut curry sauce

Spicy Almaza BBQ Shrimp
Pan seared with ginger, garlic and leeks, served with Basmati rice, grilled bok choy and finished with Almaza BBQ sauce

Course 3

Pistachio Cake
Layered with Ashta cream and pistachio butter cream and topped with crispy phyllo, pistachios and honey drizzle

Mixed Berry Sorbet
Served with pistachios and fresh berries

Chocolate Crème Brûlée
Served with fresh berries
